Gathr IQ provides a QR code-based check-in and attendance tracking system designed for churches and religious organizations. Our service includes dynamic QR codes, family check-in capabilities, attendance analytics, and multi-room support.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Data Privacy

Gathr IQ is committed to protecting your privacy:

• We do not share or distribute your data. Your personal information is never sold, shared, or distributed to third parties.
• All data collected is used solely to provide check-in services to your church.
• You retain ownership of all data you submit to our service.
• We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing and improving our services.

7. Parental Consent

If you are under 18 years of age, by using this service you confirm that you are signing up with parental or guardian consent. Parents or guardians are responsible for reviewing these terms and monitoring their children's use of this service. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact your church administrator.

8. Data Deletion

If you would like your data removed from Gathr IQ, please reach out to your church directly. Your church administrator can initiate a data deletion process on your behalf. Once requested, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Intellectual Property

The Gathr IQ service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express permission.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gathr IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will provide you with an opportunity to export your data before deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
